Freeing Your Body is about more than movement and balance. It’s about looking into what we don’t know about the nature of reality and the nature of our own self.

Mystics have been looking into these questions for millennia. Quantum scientists merged into this inquiry over 100 years ago, and they’re finding explanations which have the potential to take our understanding of interaction and communication
beyond the known dimensions.

Here are my simplistic interpretations of some of the relationships quantum scientists are investigating:

Entanglement Theory:
Everything is intertwined with everything else.
Not just “connected.” Mixed together like sugar, butter, eggs, flour, and milk get mixed into batter. Only somehow we still experience the sugar, butter, eggs, flour, and milk, too.
Hmmm.

Space/Time relativity:
Space doesn’t exist without time.
Time doesn’t exist without space.
Their relationship is like the batter.

Body/Mind:
Body is to Mind as Space is to Time, and entangled like the batter.

Non-local Communication:
Information can be communicated independent of time and space.
Does the information move?
Do those communicating have “absolute” locations?
Is everything like entangled batter?

String Theory:
Dimension is based on perspective and is not an absolute.

Superposition:
An electron can be “here” and “there” at the same time.
So think about how many electrons are in your body. Are they here or there? Here and there? And when? So where are you?
Hmmm.

Quantum Consciousness:
All the above apply to the consciousness of our minds.

Ultimately, Freeing Your Body is a step
in the process of discovering your true nature.

So when your patterns of movement and
patterns of perspective change,
keep quantum science in mind.
