Just so you know, Freeing Your Body isn’t a quick fix.

It isn’t a fix at all.

It’s a process of exploration and discovery which happens over time.
How much time depends on what you’re after. What you’ll discover
are tools for your own self-directed path to a better quality of life.

Whatever that path is, Freeing Your Body will work for you for as long as you need it. Till you’ve learned which steps will keep you improving at a pace that works for you.

Until you’ve made it your own.

Every Course focuses on the relationship of the movements of one part of you to the rest of you. Each has four classes that are sources of information to be drawn upon. As you explore the way you move, you also create a base of knowledge and a collection of resources to serve you into the future.

You’ll start with simple movements which make it easy to learn to notice how your whole body responds to every movement you make, no matter how small
and seemingly independent.

You’ll progressively involve more and more of your body and attention as you build a strong foundation around the fundamental movements involved with every part of yourself
and the relationships between the whole of your body and mind.

Freeing Your Body is here to guide you however long you find its tools and steps keep movement becoming ever easier, ever more comfortable, and ever better for you.
