Freeing Your Body is a program combining audio learning and individual sessions to guide you along your personal and individual path toward freedom and security in movement, in balance, and in being in the world.

Each class helps you to relax different extraneous, tense muscles which don’t need to be working and are getting in the way.
That lets the muscles that need to be working do their job more easily.
When the extraneous muscles relax, the useful muscles get stronger in an organic way, since they aren’t fighting against the tense muscles.

You’ll begin with the basics of movement in the four Free Your Body 101 Courses, which take you through your body step by step with simple but critical foundational movements. You move through the classes at your own pace and in your own time. They are your introduction to the process of turning your attention to how you move and are interwoven with guidance on how to feel the relationships between your movements.

Each 101 Course offers an individual session at half price so you can get a feel for when it’s a good time to get personal attention which can improve the pace of your progress.

The 200-Level Courses take you through increasing complexity and interdependence of movements accompanied by increasing subtlety of hearing and feeling how all your movements are intertwined. Which includes beginning to listen to the relationship between the movements of your body and the movements of your mind.

In the 300-Level Courses you’ll learn through your own experience that the movements of your body and the movements of your mind arise simultaneously and interdependently. This discovery will guide you further along your path to self-care and self-improvement.

After you complete each Course
you’ll get permanent access to all its recordings.

By taking the Courses in Freeing Your Body you’ll build a collection of resources you can continue to use to maintain your progress and improve your quality of life yourself. Once you’ve discovered the unique, individual nature of the relationship of the movements of your body to the movements of your mind, you’ll learn to rely on these resources and your own inner guidance to help you continue independently along your personal pathway to freeing your body and your mind.
