Young woman with long blonde hair, her head tilted back so her hair flows down her back. Her hands encircle her neck. Small movements like this will reduce neck pain and increase range of motion.

Free Your Head and Neck 101

Learn that your whole body can help you
Free Your Head and Neck.

Classes:
1. You’ll begin with basic movements of your head and neck to clarify their relationship.
2. Then you’ll find that your head can turn more easily when you explore how your jaw moves.
3. You’ll learn how freeing your tongue helps your neck become more flexible.
4. And you’ll discover that simplifying the way your eyes move also frees the way your head and neck turn.
