Freeing Your Body is a program for learning to improve movement and balance
while reducing pain and discomfort through a series of audio movement classes
you can listen to whenever you want and wherever you are.

Each Course has four audio classes. By working on just one class a week,
your brain will be able to take its time assimilating and integrating
all the new information and the effect it has.

Each class guides you through a series of movements.
You learn to observe how you perform the movements at the same time
you discover how the rest of your body responds to those movements.
The classes in each Course gradually build in complexity to involve more and more relationships between the movements of your body and your mind.

And in the process you’ll find your own self-directed path to improvement.

Here’s what Valerie Simosko, former Principal Flute of the Charlotte Symphony for 26 years says:

I used to have terrible shoulder aches which remained after I stopped playing. After a year of David’s classes I really don’t have any pain in my shoulders any more. I find it hard to believe I’m going to be 73 and I feel like I’m 30. I feel terrific.
