This Course will direct your attention to the many ways your pelvis helps maintain freedom in all your movements. Freedom of movement in your pelvis is critical to your safety and security. An unfettered pelvis keeps you balanced and moving the way you intend to, and it keeps you in control when life throws you a curve ball.
